Haven was started by a team that has rented, bought, and lost deposits the same way millions of Nigerians do every year. What “verified” means here
- Identity & licence. Every agent confirms their REDAN number or licence before they can list.
- Title at the source. We check the document trail behind a listing, not just the photos.
- Address, not vibes. Listings are pinned to a real, mapped location — no phantom estates.
- A track record buyers can see. Closed deals and verified reviews follow an agent everywhere.
