Terms of Service
Haven Technologies Ltd ("Haven", "we", "us") operates the Haven platform at haven.ng. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Haven platform.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Haven, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Haven on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Agents and companies must maintain current and accurate professional credentials.
3. Listings & content
You own the content you post. By posting listings, you grant Haven a licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring all listing information is accurate and that you have the authority to list the property.
4. Fees & payments
Listing on Haven is free. Haven charges a closing fee on completed transactions as set out in our pricing schedule. Haven reserves the right to update fees with 30 days notice.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not post false listings, impersonate other users, use Haven for money laundering or fraud, scrape the platform, or interfere with other users. Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
6. Liability
Haven provides a marketplace and is not party to transactions between buyers, agents, and sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Lagos State. Haven Technologies Ltd · RC 1872034 · legal@haven.ng
