Is Haven free for buyers?

Yes. Browsing, saving, sending inquiries, and scheduling viewings are all free for buyers and renters. Always have been.

How do I know an agent is trustworthy?

Every agent on Haven goes through ID verification, a live video call, and a track-record check before getting a verified badge. Look for the green check next to their name. You can also report any agent that asks for off-platform payment.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

The agent (or company) gets an email and a dashboard notification within seconds. Most reply the same day. You'll get a notification the moment they do — and you can keep the whole back-and-forth in your Haven inbox.

Can I report a suspicious listing?

Yes — every listing has a 'Report' button at the bottom of the page. Trust & Safety reviews reports within 4 hours during business hours and can pull a listing immediately if it's clearly fraudulent.

How does Haven AI matching work?

When you describe what you're looking for in plain language, Haven extracts the structured filters (location, budget, beds, amenities) and ranks listings by how closely they match — plus signals like agent rating and how long the listing has been active.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account. We hold the data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it's permanently removed. Inquiries you sent stay with the agent (so they can still respond), but they're disconnected from your profile.
