The agent (or company) gets an email and a dashboard notification within seconds. Most reply the same day. You'll get a notification the moment they do — and you can keep the whole back-and-forth in your Haven inbox.
Yes — every listing has a 'Report' button at the bottom of the page. Trust & Safety reviews reports within 4 hours during business hours and can pull a listing immediately if it's clearly fraudulent.
When you describe what you're looking for in plain language, Haven extracts the structured filters (location, budget, beds, amenities) and ranks listings by how closely they match — plus signals like agent rating and how long the listing has been active.
Settings → Account → Delete account. We hold the data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it's permanently removed. Inquiries you sent stay with the agent (so they can still respond), but they're disconnected from your profile.
